Central Coast Ready-Set-Connect Recruit event is targeted at providers looking for staff. The event directly works with schools, TAFE's or universities (depending on targeted demographic) and their students to expose them to careers in the disability and aged care sectors. Providers will connect with students and/or community members. Based on a speed dating format, providers have minimum 5 minutes to present their staff needs and opportunities.

Table hosts for this event are providers in the disability and aged care sector who are in need of staff.

Event attendees for this event are people exploring work and career opportunities within the disability sector.
