Campbelltown Ready-Set-Connect Transition event is targeted at providers offering services and products specifically suited for students transitioning from special education schools into further education, the workplace and life after school. Providers will connect with parents, students and teachers. Based on a speed dating format, providers have 8 minutes to present their services to each parent, student and teacher.
Table hosts:
Providers registering as a Table Host for this event will need to offer local services with a pathway to further studies, employment, or sport and recreation for students when they transition from school life. Ready-Set-Transition is designed for students, their teachers and parents to gather information on the opportunities available post school.
